  1. I have the opposite of your problem. It’s way too hot in the summer to exercise outside, unless I’m in the pool swimming. During the summer I take walks around the inside of where I work so I don’t offend my coworker with my manly sweat smell.

  2. When I was walking outside all the time, I found that the only real difficulty in winter was ice on the sidewalk. You can handle cold with the proper clothing, but ice is a different matter.
