Our power company doesn’t do anything like that. They just send us a bill every month and expect us to pay it. Not much else going on down here in the south. I heard about someone who was going to install solar panels on their house but changed their mind. The electric company was going to add a surcharge on their bill to “maintain the potential to provide them power if their solar system wasn’t working well.” I doubt the south will rise again anytime soon.
