I think the word you were looking for, to describe your voice, is malodorous.
Possibly malodorous, depending on what you had to eat for lunch. As for the concrete patch, I was picturing a piece of material soaked in some sort of liquid concrete. Is that what you meant, or is it a putty-like material that you spread?
